This innovative museum in the heart of Swansea's waterfront tells of the many struggles of our industrial past. The Museum’s Achievers Gallery focuses on writers and artists with an industrial background and the influence this has had on their work. From the museum, you could also walk along the Promenade to the publicly-funded memorial of Swansea Jack which stands near the Museum. This legendary 1930s Swansea dog rescued 27 people from drowning in the docks.
